Years ago, Art Linkletter wrote a book titled “Kids Say the Darndest Things”. That is so true if you listen and allow them to express their thoughts and ideas. I am currently working on listening skills and asking open-ended questions to encourage dialog. Try it. You will be amazed at what you can learn from three year olds.
